2004 Rosenblum Cote Du Bone Roan Red Wine




The Rosenblum Cellars Zinfandel label has changed again. The artwork now on a deep red background features the old fashioned plow in kind of a pencil sketch silhouette with an old vine behind it instead of the other version where the plow was in light watercolors.

Their Zinfandels are a source of pride for for the winery, they make about 20 different kinds, so they will probably tinker with the look more as time goes on. Didn't the winery change ownership in 2010? I heard a rumor the original Rosenblums sold to a corporate type winery but their website doesn't mention it on the "About Us" page. Perhaps an ownership change might explain the updated label.
